When Katrina Kaif went on to work with Shahrukh Khan in Yash Chopra’s Jab Tak Hai Jaan, we expected a lot of fireworks considering her then boyfriend, Salman Khan doesn’t share a good rapport with SRK. But nothing of that sort happened as Kat in an interview to a news channel clearly said that the only person Salman doesn’t want her to work with is Vivek Oberoi (for the obvious reasons).
And now we hear that, after the Dhoom:3 babe, Sallu miyaan’s another best friend and filmmaker, Atul Agnihotri wants to work with the King Khan. Yes, in an interview with a magazine, Agnihotri, who is Dabangg Khan’s sister Alvira’s hubby, was asked that if he has a script that demands Shahrukh’s presence in it, would he approach him? To this he said, “Of course I will. You know, approaching an actor has never been a problem in our industry. Anybody can approach anybody.”
However, Atul also adds that he will take Salman‘s approval before doing that. “I will take his approval and his nod before approaching Shahrukh or for that matter anybody for the only reason that he understands better and is more experienced than me in many ways than one,” he further adds.
While on one hand, the Jai Ho actor’s friends are expressing their desire to work with the Chennai Express actor, on the other hand, SRK’s friends like Karan Johar and Farhan Akhtar have also expressed their wish to join hands with Sallu.
Interesting, isn’t it? We wonder when will we see both Shahrukh and Salman together on the 70mm again…
