After Ranbir Kapoor, Vidya Balan turns detective !

After RK turned detective for Jagga Jasoos, the Ghanchakkaractor will turn desi Sherlock Holmes in her next film

Vidya Balan has charmed many with her acting prowess and by pulling off different roles effortlessly. And once again the versatile actor is ready to play a character which most leading ladies in B-town wouldn’t. Vidya will be playing a detective in her upcoming film Bobby Jasoos which will be produced by Dia Mirza and Sahil Sangha under their banner Born Free Entertainment. “The idea of playing a female detective was irresistible. Also, the movie title intrigued me,” said the Kahaani actor in an interview. Coincidentally, Ranbir Kapoor too is doing Anurag Basu’s detective film Jagga Jasoos. Yes, the title of Ranbir and Vidya’s films is similar and hence the comparison between the two detective flicks is inevitable, wethinks.

However, both Vidya and Ranbir are terrific actors and therefore we can’t wait to see them in their detective avatars. We are sure the two won’t disappoint us!
