Priyanka Chopra and Irrfan Khan shared the screen space for the first time in Vishal Bhardwaj’s 7 Khoon Maaf which was one of the biggest duds at the box office. The two actors were a part of the Kashmir episode of the Exotic babe’s life in the film. In the Bhardwaj film,Irrfan Khan played a Kashmiri poet who becomes a bestial brute in bed with Priyanka Chopra who portrays the role of his wife.
While Irrfan was shooting with Vishal for Haider starring Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor, the actor director jodi decided to rescue the Priyanka-Irrfan episode of 7 Khoon Maaf. Irrfan said, “Both Vishal and I feel we did something unplanned and brilliant in the film. It somehow didn’t register as part of the seven stories in the movie. It’s time to give our segment a second chance. We have remarkable scenes that never made it into the film.”
Well, we just hope that the full fledged film is better than the original one.
