Chennai Express Collects Unimaginable Figures In Paid Previews, History Rewritten All Over
"Chennai Express" finally arrived with a bang and film has shattered record not only in India but worldwide. Film managed to collect in excess of 12-13 cr worldwide on opening day with certain overseas market yet to open today.
Film collected 6.75 cr nett in preview shows in India and film set new record in UK, UAE, USA, Singapore with some big margin. Collections still pouring in and it seems that figure can go as high as 5 cr for yesterday.
Film started well today morning too in India and it seems despite paid previews, film will collect big numbers today. Maharastra, Mumbai, Mysore, Tamilnadu, Bihar and Gujarat will collect record numbers.
